Meet Sam

Hi, my full name is Samantha Palmieri, but Sam is easier.
I live in Muronico, a charming village just above Argegno, only three minutes by car from the stunning Lake Como. I share my life here with my partner Christian and my wonderful 11-year-old daughter, Gaia.

I studied to become an accountant, but I quickly realized that my true passion lay elsewhere.

I spent several years working in a real estate agency, where I gained extensive experience in property sales, vacation rentals, and property management. This invaluable time in the industry led me to team up with my trusted colleague, Maria. Together, we formed a strong partnership and co-founded PM Properties Management Lake Como in 2023.

At PM Lake Como, we are dedicated to providing professional and personalized property management services. We strive to ensure that your property is cared for with expertise and attention to detail, allowing you to enjoy peace of mind.

I genuinely love my work—connecting with people, organizing and optimizing properties, and ensuring every detail is perfectly in place. I take pride in helping others realize their Italian dream by creating exceptional experiences and making every step of the journey smooth and enjoyable.

Meet Mari

Hi, I’m Maria Bonaria Caria, but everyone calls me Mari.

I was born in Cagliari, and my journey has taken me across Italy and abroad, working for many years in the front office of prestigious hotels. This experience honed my passion for hospitality and attention to detail.

Eventually, my career led me to the beautiful shores of Lake Como, where I joined Sam in a real estate agency specializing in lakefront properties. Together, we built a strong professional bond that culminated in the founding of PM Properties Management Lake Como in 2023.

I now call Cernobbio home, a choice made for love. I live here with my husband, Stefano, and our beloved dog, Aria.

I hold a degree in Economic Policies, and I’m passionate about reading and staying active through sports. These interests, combined with my professional expertise, fuel my commitment to providing personalized and high-quality property management services.
